The Ottoman Toy Box is one of our favourites that gives the luxury comfort design, perfect for a living room. This toy box comes with a soft removable cushion top that can be easily washed to clean up any accidents your little one may have! Each one is made with love and care and built to last a lifetime. Our timeless design will compliment your home and with the spacious sizes we offer, they will be able to hold lots of toys to keep those rooms tidy.

    Built in our very own workshop in the heart of Essex, and professionally sprayed in child-friendly paint, to give that luxury feel which also makes them more durable and easier to clean. Each toy box is fitted with a safety hinge to give that super-soft close to protect those little fingers.

    We offer 4 colours, but if you’d like to choose a custom colour you can at an additional cost, remember to add the brand and the paint colour of your custom colour.

    You can also choose to add an inside lid message for that extra special personal touch however this is an additional charge of £25.00 allowing up to 20 characters.

    They will be delivered to you fully assembled and therefore no need for any DIY!

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    All orders take between 6-8 weeks.

    If your order is going to take longer, we will advise you at the time of purchase or soon after. If you require your order to be delivered sooner than the delivery times specified, please let us know at the time you place your order. We will do whatever we can to meet your requirements should
    we have the capacity.

    Do you ship Overseas?

    Yes. We ask that any orders coming outside of England, Wales and Scotland, the customer needs to contact us first to get a delivery quote. This will also stop any delays in your order being made. We must stress that these orders once they have left our workshop, the timings are out of our
    control. Delays with customs and weather etc are out of our control.

    How do I pay for my order?

    We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Clear Pay. We also offer in house payment plans upon request but require a 50% deposit upon ordering. In house payment plans can be organised if you contact littlecraftandco@outlook.com

    What do I do if there’s a mistake in the inscription?

    Little Craft & Co does not take responsibility for incorrect messages and incorrect punctuation upon ordering. This must be done within 24 hours.

    How do I place an order if I live outside of the UK?

    Please contact us for a quote via email littlecraftandco@outlook.com on delivery fees and timings. Please note, we cannot quote for Customs and Taxes and delivery times will be longer than those stated for the UK.

    How is my order delivered?

    All orders are delivered via pallet and are wrapped with foam and come in a box connected to a pallet. By doing so this limits the unlikely event of damages and aims to keep this to a minimal.

    What if I am not in to receive my order?

    It is important someone is home to collect their order as they will not be left outside. Failure to receive your order will mean you will have to contact the courier company directly and rearrange for a suitable time.
    Re delivery charges will occur and will be payable from the customer.

    Where can I see samples of colours?

    All colours are chosen from the Farrow and Ball colour chart. If you want a custom colour as part of the bespoke toy box package, then please state this at the time of ordering. We can colour match if required. We do not send out samples and kindly ask you to look at the colour charts when choosing a colour.

    What is included in your Personalised Toy Box Package?

    The personalised Toy Box package includes the choice of 3 fonts: Times New Roman, Edwardian Script and Times New Roman Italic. Choice of Lulworth Blue, Cinder Rose White and Pale Grey. Size large comes included and extra large is an additional £100. When choosing a colour please bear in mind this will be for both the name on the front of the toy box and the inside lid will also be painted the same colour and the rest of the box will be white. This is how all orders come, if you would like something different, please see the
    Bespoke Toy box package.

    What is included in the Bespoke Toy Box Package?

    Full range of emoji’s, colours and custom colours, 1-2-1 design telephone call if needed, design mock up upon request, all 3 fonts including new Disney font, and you will have an order form to discuss precise
    placement of texts and emoji’s. Multiple use of fonts and unlimited characters.
    The option for a completely bespoke size however please note this is subject to
    fees due to additional cost of materials.

    What are your dimensions?

    Large: 82cm width, 46cm deep, 50cm height. Extra-large: 93cm width, 47cm deep, 58cm height. Bespoke sizes are available upon request however this would mean an additional cost and potential time to delivery.
